3. What Type of Location Will I Need?
The typical Sub Zero Ice Cream restaurant is located in a high traffic shopping center, store front location or shopping mall. In some cases, a restaurant may be located in an existing "free standing" building. The typical size of a restaurant in a shopping center will be approximately 1200 to 1900 square feet. But if the location is excellent, we can adapt the layout to meet most any reasonable dimensions. Mall food court locations may be considered, but caution should be taken because of the much higher per square foot leasing costs and other economic factors.
