Even Vegans Aren’t Safe from Sub Zero’s Delicious Concoctions

Whether it’s for health benefits, love of all things furry, or both, being Vegan doesn’t mean you can’t indulge in a little ice cream.  The trouble is that ice cream made out of plants instead of dairy often suffers from major ice crystallization, making the texture coarser than traditional ice cream.  Sub Zero Ice Cream uses Liquid Nitrogen to freeze its products almost instantly, reducing ice crystallization and leaving even dairy-free options smooth and creamy.  You can also use natural agave to sweeten your treat! Are you worried about cross-contamination or can’t find anything you’d like on our menu? Bring in your favorite animal-friendly mix-ins and we’ll use your ingredients to make a special ice cream just for you!

Recipe Idea: The Cow Hugger

Base: Soy or Rice Milk

Flavor: Cinnamon and Pumpkin

Mix-ins (1st one is free!): Cashews, Almonds, and Raspberry

Add a little Liquid Nitrogen magic and Bon Appétit!
